Refund policy

At L’Atelier Eyewear, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@lateliereyewear.com. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund as required by law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.
