1. General
L’Atelier Eyewear is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Products and Orders
We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be exact. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Taxes and shipping fees will be added as applicable.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
For hygiene and safety reasons, prescription lenses, contact lenses, and eyewear products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@lateliereyewear.com. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund as required by Ontario law.
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
By purchasing eyewear or contact lenses from our store, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide accurate prescription information and consult an eye care professional as needed. L’Atelier Eyewear is not responsible for any misuse, discomfort, or health issues arising from the use of our products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, L’Atelier Eyewear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
