Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.

Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx to deliver your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only ship prescription lenses, contact lenses, and eyewear products to verified addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at customerservice@lateliereyewear.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
